I’ve worked with Henny on multiple projects. As a Community Manager, I greatly appreciate his responsiveness and network of vendors for projects that extend beyond DryDocs’ scope.

Dry Docs were extremely responsive and quick to come by to check out a leak we had in our ceiling. I cannot recommend their service highly enough, very organized and professional company!

Dry Docs Restoration did an excellent job after my kitchen flooded. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to dry out the damage and prevent further issues. The team was professional, courteous, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Dry Docs to anyone dealing with water damage!

Henry was very hands on as an owner. Tommy and his team were on time, courteous, and respectful. Tommy and Henry were very helpful with referrals for other issues that will need to be fixed with our kitchen.

Intensely high level of expertise, honest evaluations, impeccably professional, flawless customer service and most importantly, zero pressure.

I was completely upfront with the fact that the work was likely not in our budget or timetable but Henny did not cut any corners with me. He came out immediately on a Saturday morning nonetheless. He analyzed multiple spots in my house and directed my focus ONLY to the areas that actually needed work, knowing that I could never know the difference on my own.

He drew up the most comprehensive explanation of damage to my house I have ever been presented with and thoroughly reviewed each aspect making sure that I had a full understanding of what the house had suffered and what it needed to be whole again and safe.

He was never condescending or pushy and even knowing I might not move forward with his business he still recommended solid vendors for the other work I wanted to get done.

My house has suffered water damage in more than half a dozen different ways over the two decades that I have owned it. When it happens again (and it is bound to), I know who I am calling first.

I'm incredibly thankful for DryDocs during my first experience with a flooded basement and highly recommend them! During what I know was a very busy week for them they were extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of and every single person I spoke to was so kind and friendly. Henry came out same-day and helped me understand the scope of my problem, document the damage, and put me in touch with a great plumber. Tommy and Eric did an amazing job cleaning up and drying out my basement and treated my house and my belongings like their own. Tommy checked in with me regularly throughout the multi-day drying process to make sure everything was going as it should and answered my many questions as they came up. While I wish my basement hadn't flooded in the first place, DryDocs made the aftermath so much more manageable than I ever could have imagined and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed in the future.

Henry, Tommy and the whole team at DryDocs were incredible. They answered a call in the middle of the night and helped us navigate our roof leaks. A+ communication and professionalism.
